Abner Larrieux is a seasoned professional with 20 extensive years in Government Contracting, Economic Development and Regulatory Compliance. He has designed, implement and monitored MWBE & DBE compliance and Labor on New York State, mega Construction and Infrastructure programs. In 2016, Abner was invited as part of a small business delegation to speak at the White House regarding national best practices on small business mentoring and capacity building. Currently, Mr. Larrieux serves as CEO of A.L. Consulting Group, where he advises Government Agencies, General Contractors’, and Construction Managers’ with strategies to increase small business participation in contracts.
In 2020, Mr. Larrieux pivoted into technology to launch a start-up called Alacriti Analytics, he manages a team of 25 people. This platform is a procurement and vendor matchmaking AI software that makes it easier to match Corporate buyers with, small, minority and women certified business to win contracts. Abner is passionate about small business, he has built a strategic approach to coaching, mentoring, and providing technical assistance to small businesses, which is evidenced through his ongoing partnership with Cornell-Tech and New York State Agencies.
