This session will share new research insights on the unique barriers Latino entrepreneurs face in accessing debt financing, facilitate interactive discussions on strategies to overcome those barriers, and empower attendees to drive change in their spheres of influence. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how bias creeps into the lending process, learn how Latino entrepreneurs can leverage cultural assets to their advantage, and develop concrete action plans to make debt financing more equitable. The objective is to equip Latino entrepreneurs and other stakeholders with the knowledge and tools to break through financing barriers and unlock the full potential of their current or future businesses.
